Can't Log in

Hi.it s been 1hour that i can t log in the server .I am stuck on the message:''You are currently logging in.Please wait a moment.''I dont know if there is some ppl who can t log in i just need some help.

I restarted the server.I can log but to me it stucks at the window : Server : L2Domination Traffic : Light etc.
I can't log in the char window for an unknown reason.
